When staff arrive late, shifts start late. Our staff transportation service gives you a dedicated vehicle and driver on a fixed route, so your team reaches work on time and gets home after the shift without depending on taxis or public transport.
We run staff routes for offices, hotels, restaurants, retail stores, warehouses, hospitals, schools and contractors across Dubai and the other Emirates.
How we plan a staff route
- You share the details. Number of staff, where they live, workplace location, shift times and working days.
- We design the route. We group pickup points to keep journey times reasonable and recommend the vehicle size.
- You receive a written quotation. Monthly rate, duty hours, kilometre allowance, fuel and Salik terms.
- Service starts. An assigned vehicle and driver run the agreed timetable, with monthly invoicing.

For split shifts or staff in several areas, two smaller vehicles are often better than one large bus. Staff spend less time on the road and you keep flexibility if numbers change.
