When a monthly bus makes sense
If you move 20 or more staff on the same route every day, renting a bus monthly is usually more cost-effective than daily bookings or several vans. You get a dedicated bus and driver, a fixed timetable, and one monthly invoice.

Monthly terms explained
Duty hours. The number of hours per day the bus and driver are available, often covering a morning and an evening trip. Extra hours are charged at the rate in your quotation.
Kilometre allowance. A monthly limit based on your route. Extra kilometres are charged at an agreed rate.
Fuel. Included in the monthly rate, or excluded and charged separately. We quote both if you are comparing.
Salik. Toll gates on your route can be included in the rate or charged as used.
Replacement vehicle. If the bus is off the road, we arrange a replacement so the route continues.
Frequently asked questions
Is monthly bus rental cheaper than daily hire?
For regular daily routes, a monthly contract is usually better value than booking day by day. Send us your route and we will quote both if you want to compare.
Can the bus be used for other trips during the day?
Within the agreed duty hours, yes. Tell us when you plan the contract so the hours and kilometres cover it.
Do you rent buses monthly without a driver?
No. All our buses are provided with a professional driver.
