For teams of 8 to 15 people, a monthly Hiace is often the most efficient option. It is big enough for a full team, small enough for narrow streets around staff accommodation, and economical to run on daily routes.

How to get an accurate monthly quote
Send us the number of staff, the pickup areas, the workplace, shift times and working days per week. If you have more than one shift, include all of them, as one Hiace can often cover more than one trip within the duty hours.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between including and excluding fuel?
Including fuel means fuel is covered in your monthly rate. Excluding fuel means you pay for fuel separately. We can quote both options.
Can I get the same driver every month?
A regular driver is assigned to your route wherever possible.
What if I need a bigger vehicle later?
Tell us when staff numbers change. We can upgrade to a Sprinter or Coaster, or add a second van.
