How monthly transportation works
A monthly contract gives you a vehicle and driver for agreed duty hours every working day. It suits companies with regular routes, such as moving staff between accommodation and the workplace, or running a shuttle between sites.
Before the contract starts, we agree:
- The route, pickup points and timings
- Daily duty hours and working days
- The monthly kilometre allowance and rate for extra kilometres
- Whether fuel and Salik are included or excluded
- Replacement vehicle arrangements
- Invoicing and payment terms
Everything is stated in the written quotation, so there are no surprises when the first invoice arrives.
